In 2017 I sold my previous B&B and moved to Newchester Farmhouse, with the first guests in summer 2018. It’s a new start, but the same beds, same recipes (except new chocolate chip biscuit discovery).

Abby is an outstanding host. Nothing was too much trouble. After a long drive we sat in the guests lounge with a real wood burning stove glowing to drink tea and eat home made chocolate cake and cream. Our accommodation was spacious and beautifully finished. Our bathroom had a large bath and separate shower with first class fittings throughout. At breakfast the choice was greater than one might see in a five star hotel.
